Fees

While I might not be in-network with your insurance company I still have good news. I do accept self-pay clients. You are also able to use your HSA/FSA funds as payment.

In this case I require a deposit at your appointment and you will be provided a SuperBill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask more about your occupational therapy coverage.

If finances are holding you back from booking an appointment please reach out! I never want finances to be a barrier to receiving skilled care.
